Sometimes, when I am feeling overwhelmed or stressed, I find relief in going for a walk in nature. The fresh air, the sounds of birds singing, and the peaceful surroundings all help to calm my mind and reset my perspective. It’s amazing how much a simple walk outside can do for my mental health.
